Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be received once your order ships (tracking activates within 24 hours).

Delays & Lost Packages

  • Carrier delays or customs processing are outside our control.
  • If you suspect a lost package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’re happy to help investigate as needed.


Refund & Return Policy

 

 

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any opened or used items (boob tape, nipple covers, sticky inserts, adhesive remover, etc.)

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video proof:

We will provide store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or color once packaging has been opened. Please review sizing and shade information before purchasing.
